How do I apply for a job?

Employment applications must be submitted online through our careers site. Please note, we do not accept resumes or applications by email or on paper.

The application process for employment at UC Irvine Health includes the following steps:

  • Careful and thorough completion of the application template. Incomplete applications will not be considered. A resume may be uploaded but it will not be accepted in lieu of completing the employment application.
  • A review of affirmative action data (completion is voluntary).
  • A review of consumer reporting disclosure information.
  • Agreement to the terms and conditions of employment.

New applicants

You do not need to register to view current jobs available at UC Irvine Healthcare. However, you must register to apply for a job or create a job search agent profile. Once you have selected to apply for a job online, click the 'Register Here' link on the Careers page and following the steps below. The system will not prompt you to register until you try to apply for a job online.

To register:

  • Type a username in the text box.
  • Type a password in both the password and confirm password text boxes.
  • Click Register.
