Position Summary: 

The incumbent provides high level administrative, organizational and analytical support to one or more Chief Officers. Incumbent is responsible to independently organize and manage specific processes and information, coordinate the exchange of confidential and complex information between the Chief Officer and internal or external constituents, and to research and provide information in a timely manner necessary for the Chief Officer to make critical operational decisions. Performs routine clerical duties as requested. Provides administrative back-up support to the CEO as necessary. Salary Range: 

 

Rate    Minimum  $20.69   Midpoint  $27.32   Maximum  $33.96

 

Required Qualifications:

Ability to act independently to solve problems and develop recommendations for approval

Demonstrated ability to create and produce complex reports using computer programs such as Excel, Access, Word, and Powerpoint

Demonstrated advanced computer knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Minimum 3 years experience working in a role that provides administrative support to a leadership position

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of JCAHO requirements

Knowledge of The Joint Commission requirements for personnel files

Knowledge of UC policies and procedures
