Position Summary: 

Incumbent is responsible for access provisioning, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and modifying access. Troubleshoots, tracks, prioritizes, and escalates access related issues. Participates in departmental and/or organizational projects as necessary or assigned.

 

Salary Range: 

 

Rate    Minimum  $23.02   Midpoint  $30.02   Maximum  $37.02

 

Required Qualifications:

Ability to create detail oriented documentation

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the HealthSystem

Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights , weekends  and holidays

Able to adapt to changing environment and manage multiple priorities

Able to write logical and comprehensive procedures and forms for end users

Associates degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Experience with remote support tools

Knowledge of ITSM ticketing system

Knowledge of Information Security standards

Minimum 1 year of IT Support experience (Access Provisioning, Service Desk)

Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job

Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties

Strong communication and interpersonal skills via phone and email

Strong knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and Group Policy

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange & Outlook

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications or College Courses in the Information Technology area

Experience with ITSM ticket tracking system

Experience working in request fulfillment

IT Audit background

Knowledge of ITIL best practices

Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures and forms
