Position Summary: 

Under direction of Referral Services Administrator, the incumbent assists with monitoring and maintaining client accounts, and contracts, and maintains and relays billing and pricing information internally and externally for the laboratory.


Salary Range: 


Rate    Minimum  $22.56   Midpoint  $27.45   Maximum  $32.34


Required Qualifications:

A minimum of three years of demonstrated administrative experience using database software, providing data entry, and generating reports

Ability to create and produce reports using computer programs such as Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the HealthSystem

Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job

Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties


Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in related field

Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures and forms
