Position Summary: 

The incumbent assists and supports all clinical care providers and staff in sustaining efficient workflows and ensures patient safety by increasing overall knowledge of clinical systems, identifying problems as they arise, and facilitating resolution of problems. Assists in the development and delivery of training electronically, in classroom, small groups, and one-on-one with providers and staff.


Salary Range: 


Rate    Minimum  $74,300.00    Maximum  $159,600.00


Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of related clinical experience in an acute care or ambulatory setting

Ability to apply logical troubleshooting and analysis techniques for the purpose of problem resolution

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the HealthSystem

Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload

Ability to work variable shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Demonstrated experience organizing, developing and delivering application training for all levels of staff including physicians

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent presentation and communication skills, both in one-to-one and group settings

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Independent problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job

Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties

Previous Epic experience, either end user or support role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Working knowledge of network systems


Preferred Qualifications:

Epic Certification

Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures and forms
