Position Summary: 

The incumbent is responsible for navigating the data and turning it into actionable and insightful information. The analyst performs business case analysis, which measures or quantifies the impact and effectiveness of specific programs and performance. The analyst works directly with department leaders; provide support in the development, analysis and interpretation of complex data sources.


Salary Range: 


Rate    Minimum  $22.70   Midpoint  $30.05   Maximum  $37.40


Required Qualifications:

Ability to assess organizational needs, develop training and organizational development interventions and assess outcome of those interventions.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the HealthSystem

Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload

Ability to read, and understand accounts payable policies and apply to payments/reimbursements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word

Demonstrated knowledge of accounts payable practices and applicable federal, state and/or local government regulations

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

General Knowledge of Accounting/Finance, Journal Entry, and Auditing

Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job

Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties

Strong knowledge of medical center related accounts payable systems and procedures and input/output impact on payments/reimbursements


Preferred Qualifications:

Five year’s experience in Medical Center Accounts Payable

Knowledge of UCI policies and procedures
