Position Summary: 

Responsible for the Facilities preventive maintenance program including the collection of maintenance data, assignment of work, approval and process of purchase orders and invoices, and documentation of regulatory records. Responds to customer service issues and prepares a variety of reports as needed.


Salary Range: 


Rate    Minimum  $57,400.00    Maximum  $97,300.00


Required Qualifications:

Ability to act independently to solve problems and develop recommendations

Ability to complete work assignments under time limitations and multiple deadlines in an environments with frequent interruptions.  Ability to respond with flexibility, organization, and efficiency to occasional changes in task focus and meet deadlines in a timely manner, while maintaining a positive attitude

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System

Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload

Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Experience in complex financial analysis and financial management.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and applicable codes relating to construction and facilities.

Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills

Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties

Skill in coordinating and compiling information from numerous sources, analyze complex data, and summarize financial reports for higher level management’s use in planning and decision making

Skill to identify problems independently, research and analyze information, find and evaluate alternative solutions, make final recommendations, implement solutions, and evaluate results.

Strong knowledge of MS Office products to include Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word

Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge sufficient for complex computations


Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in related field

Knowledge and experience using the campus data warehouse for research and reporting purposes.

Knowledge of JCAHO and other regulatory requirements in a hospital setting

Knowledge of University and Medical Center Policies
