Position Summary: 

Incumbent functions as lead to other Assist III's, assisting with workflow, productivity and resolution of issues within the unit. Performs all activities related to processing invoices (auditing, balancing, & correcting), associated with purchase orders, consultant and sub-contract agreements, freight, utility companies, food service recharges, and temporary services. Performs an advanced level of accounting activities and analysis, reconciliation, interpretation and application of policy and procedures, and problem resolution.


Salary Range: 


Rate    Minimum  $22.56   Midpoint  $27.45   Maximum  $32.34


Required Qualifications:

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the HealthSystem

Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job

Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties

Working knowledge of MS Office software programs, proficiency in Excel and Access

Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, state and federal tax laws and regulations.


Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures and forms
