Position Summary: 

Incumbent provides administrative support for the Volunteer program and independently coordinates the dispatching of volunteers across the Medical Center.


Salary Range: 


Rate    Minimum  $19.54   Midpoint  $23.60   Maximum  $27.67


Required Qualifications:

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the HealthSystem

Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Demonstrated experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job

Must have a minimum 3 years prior experience in an administrative support role/setting

Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties

Proven success in building rapport and working with diverse employee, volunteer, and management groups

Resourcefulness to identify and search for information that is not readily available

Skill to analyze, organize and independently prioritize work assignments

Strong written and oral communication skills


Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures and forms
