Position Summary: 

Reporting to the Principal Admin Analyst - Supervisor, the incumbent serves as the financial control point primarily responsible for ensuring comprehensive reconciliation for charging, billing and payment of materials utilized from all Perioperative Division areas. Incumbent employs best practices in quality control to facilitate accurate payment of vendor invoices, conduct comprehensive audits to ensure highest accuracy, integrity of data integration across multiple systems, and intervention/correction when necessary. Serves as a liaison to multiple departments for education and training for optimal processes while adhering to regulatory requirements for compliant billing.


Salary Range: 


Rate    Minimum  $57,400.00    Maximum  $97,300.00


Required Qualifications:

Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload

Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job

Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties

Requires strong communication skills and proven history of positive interpersonal relations.


Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of regulatory requirements for hospital billing
