Position Summary: 

The incumbent will be responsible for incorporating all hospital required measures into clinical pathways and order sets on the QUEST Order Set/Evidence Based practice initiative.


Salary Range: 

Rate    Minimum  $26.68   Midpoint  $35.97   Maximum  $45.26


Required Qualifications:

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Experience using / implementing / configuring / supporting Orders and Order Sets for an EMR system

Bachelor's degree in health related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties

Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload

Ability to understand and apply healthcare terminology in a technical environment

Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job

Experience in implementing and managing large scale enterprise level database applications (e.g. clinical research information systems)

Excellent planning, organization and time management skills

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the HealthSystem

Ability to work with clinical staff, including physicians, in the creation of order sets and desired coding changes.


Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures and forms

Experience using / implementing the Allscripts (Eclipsys) Sunrise Clinical Manager Order Sets
