Required Qualifications:

Ability to assess contract compliance and product/service quality.

Ability to establish time frames and assist in the organization and priority of projects.

Ability to make complex operating, administrative and procedural decisions.

Ability to make complex operating, administrative and procedural decisions. Tracks scope, design, funding and schedule for projects.  Coordinates with vendors and staff for installation of equipment and move-in.

Ability to prepare and manage Capital Projects budgets and perform on-site inspections and/or approve installations.

Ability to provide technical support for multiple building and renovation projects.

Ability to read schematics and blueprints and/or technical manuals.

Demonstrated ability to accomplish results and achieve organizational goals

Knowledge of architectural and structural design and planning principles and procedures.

Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimating, and fiscal management principles and procedures.

Knowledge of building components life cycle values and maintenance requirements.

Knowledge of contract documents and specifications.

Knowledge of federal, state and local building codes, ordinances, and regulations.

Knowledge of operating practices of construction, architectural, and building firms.

Minimum 10 years of OSHPD experience.

Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Project

Records maintenance skills.

Skills in workflow analysis and management.

Strong electrical engineering experience and education.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.

Technical knowledge of building components and their function.

Working knowledge of design and construction of medical facilities essential electrical systems.

Working knowledge of low voltage communication systems design for medical facilities.
